We are looking for ideal candidates for the position of Litigation Associate to meet the development requirements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international workplace and interact with many talented lawyers, partners, and professionals worldwide and nationwide.

Key accountabilities

• Work directly, receive documents, information, and requests from customers;

• Research case files and legal regulations to provide advice for protecting the rights of customers;

• Represent clients in dealings with relevant parties and authorities;

• Draft necessary documents to be sent to clients, courts, arbitrators, state agencies, or other related parties;

• Participate in litigation in courts and arbitrations or relevant state agencies, acting as a lawyer or authorized representative.

Requirements

• Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam or in both Vietnam and overseas;

• Possess a valid lawyer's license;

• Eager to build a rewarding career within a professional law firm;

• Have at least 5 years of experience practicing law in the litigation field in courts or arbitration. Alternatively, have an equivalent working period in the Procuracy or Courts;

• Proficient in both written and spoken English;

• Dynamic, with the ability to work and think independently, withstand work pressure, and be willing to travel extensively;
