We are currently in search of suitable candidates for the role of Litigation Trainee/Junior Associate for Dispute Resolution to join our team of seasoned legal professionals.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide legal consulting and other legal services to clients within the dispute resolution practice.
• Draft or edit legal advisory documents, legal opinions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents prepared by legal assistants before review by member lawyers.
• Conduct legal presentations for clients on dispute resolution strategies and update the company on new laws and regulations impacting litigation.
• Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with clients involved in dispute resolution.
• Perform other professional tasks related to dispute resolution as requested by direct superiors.

Requirements

• Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Eager to build a rewarding career within the dispute resolution practice of a professional law firm.
• At least 1 years of relevant legal experience in dispute resolution at a law firm.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Demonstrated qualities of diligence, professionalism, and the ability to excel under pressure
