She started her legal career as a legal assistant for USAID – STAR Vietnam Project, which aims to enhance Vietnam's capacity to build up its legal system in respect of Vietnam's accession to WTO (on Vietnam's WTO Commitments).

Before joining Dentons LuatViet, she acted as an in-house counsel for a leading telecommunication company in Vietnam. She is known for her numerous experiences and skills in delivering professional legal services from a Vietnamese law perspective to clients in multi areas for 13 years.
